By accessing or using this application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. What this App is
The App is a free educational reference and study tool covering obstetric and gynaecological pharmacology, intended for medical students, midwives, nurses, and clinicians. It does not require an account, login, or payment of any kind. There is currently no subscription or payment system in the App.

This App provides educational content only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See the full Disclaimer page for details. Always verify information against current local guidelines and your institution's protocols before making clinical decisions.
4. Intellectual property
The written content of this App — including chapters, drug profiles, quiz questions, EMQs, and OSCE stations — is the intellectual property of the author, Ahmed Mohamed, except where a specific source is credited (e.g. the CTG Case Bank, which uses third-party research data credited on that page). You may use the App for personal study. Reproducing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting this content without permission is not permitted.
5. No warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While reasonable care is taken to keep content accurate and current, the author makes no guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any clinical decisions made based on its content. You are always responsible for verifying information against current official guidelines (BNF, NICE, RCOG, FSRH, or your local equivalents) before relying on it clinically.

If you believe any content is inaccurate or out of date, please use the "Report an Error" feature on any drug page. Reports are reviewed, but corrections are not guaranteed to happen immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not remove any statutory consumer protections you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
