- 3 mg PO once
Contraindications
- CautionSevere hepatic dysfunction

- Nausea (repeat dose if vomit <3 h)
- Spotting, cycle shift

Clinical pearls
- 💡 Hormonal contraception can be restarted immediately after LNG (unlike UPA).
- 💡 Cu-IUD > LNG when near ovulation.
